CLIENT: Afa Ah Loo Designs

PROJECT: Promotional illustrations for Afa Ah Loo Designs Spring/Summer 2019 Ready-to-wear collection

Ashley Malia, the director of operations of Afa Ah Loo Designs, reached out to me to create promotional illustrations for Ah Loo’s SS 2019 RTW collection. I worked closely with Ashley and Afa to decide which of Afa’s designs would be best to promote his collection. 

The illustrations were used to promote Afa’s collection on social media leading up to the runway show and the illustrations were also printed out as 6 x 8 in postcards to be included in the VIP swag bags. 

Both illustrations were created on 140 lb. hot press Arches watercolor paper with watercolor, gouache, and chalk pastels.
