Victoria-Riza Fashion Illustrator, Portrait Artist, and Event Illustrator

Hello!

Born in the Philippines and raised in Tennessee, Victoria-Riza  is a fashion illustrator and portrait artist with a BFA in Illustration from BYU-Idaho. Her experiences as a brown immigrant living in white spaces influenced her to diverge from eurocentric ideals in fashion illustration. In her paintings, she explores immigrant identities through food, fashion, and nature. Having studied printmaking, she cultivated a love for fine art papers and works with watercolor, gouache, ink, pastels, and pencils. With her attentiveness to detail, sensitivity to color, and an awareness of diverse beauty, Victoria-Riza brings high-brow fashion down to earth connecting each viewer to the dynamic and vibrant world of fashion.

Victoria-Riza has worked with clients like Issetta.co, Pinayista, and Pacifica Magazine. Victoria has exhibited at the Home Not Home exhibit at AnySquared Gallery and at the More Than Lumpia exhibition at The Epiphany Gallery in Chicago.

Aside from her creative work, Victoria-Riza finds joy in mastering a recipe, blogging on The Riza Magazine, and raising her two children in Central Illinois.
