Every time I see a garment from Delpozo I think, "What amazing shape and form!" Seriously, his collection is like origami formed from fabric.
I chose to illustrate these two pieces because, well, Delpozo got me at white crisp shirts! I'm in love with anything menswear right now, and these shirts got it going on! But these aren't just your average white shirts. Check out those sleeves on the shirt paired with the jumpsuit. Oh, and I love that jumpsuit. Again, Delpozo created some fun shapes in the bodice.
The second look has a shirt that is meshed with a peplum. It's not a typical peplum because it's not fitted at the waist, but it creates a lovely combination of feminine and masculine. And to top it off, it's studded with gold butterflies.
Delpozo's Fall 2016 collection is one of my favorites from New York Fashion Week. Every geometric look is finished off with floral studded gloves and purse. See the collection here.
